The BuildConsult team provided site management resources for this project to oversee the full construction process, all the way through to completion. The project was on a tight program and budget but BuildConsult were able to deliver before the milestone date, under budget and exceeding the clients quality expectations.

This project had 2 team members from BuildConsult during its duration, including night shift supervision and overall site management. The scope included, demolition, with an upgrade to services, new partitions, new joinery, flooring, doors, painting, wallpaper, bathroom upgrades and other finishes.

BuildConsult were engaged on short notice and were able to adapt, engage and execute the project successfully.
