BuildConsult Projects was engaged under an ECI contract to undertake preliminary feasibility studies for CMS.
Following a successful ECI, we transitioned to a D&C contract to take the project through to completion.
The works involved roof replacement, solar installation, new electrical wiring, plumbing, fully furnished bathrooms, laundries, kitchens & bedrooms.
