BuildConsult Projects was engaged by Chatter Hall to remove and replace seven glass panels at 1 Shelley Street, 18m above ground, in a live lobby and atrium environment.
With some panels weighing up to 180kg, the project required careful planning, detailed risk management, and close coordination with structural and scaffold engineers. Using a tailored scaffold solution, we completed the works safely over three night shifts and a weekend.
